Delivery time: Europe: 2-4 working days. Rest of the world: within 4-6 working days. Delivery by DHL, FedEx and USP. Returns

Not happy with your purchase? No worries! We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. A €15 return fee will be deducted from the refund to cover postage, inspection and restocking costs. Contact us at info@royaleffect.com for return instructions.

You should expect to receive your refund within 7 working days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
